I had an awesome week of training and am super proud of myself, I broke the 50 mile mark, well on my way to 60. I had a back to back runs of a 20mile trail run on Sat, and a 1/2 marathon trail run on Sun, both of which I felt great, and was minimally sore on Monday.

This following week, which I am already in, is a recovery week. I was only able to get a 10 mile run on Tues (4/24/22) and 4 mile run on Thurs (4/26/22). I had oral surgery on Friday to extract a permanent tooth that has had a crown and 3 root canals, and has been getting low grade infections for the past 3 years or so. I was super nervous for the procedure, but it went well. I'm post-op day 2 with no major pain, have been on top of pain meds every 8hrs. Hopefully back to running in the next couple of days. In the mean time lots of walking, hiking, sleeping and yoga.
