I've been offline for a couple of weeks. All is good though, meant to take a little one week break from the computer, then life got crazy busy.

Runs: 5
Yoga: 0...I got too busy so I gave up my work for trade at CPY studio and haven't gotten back in to renew my membership
I was super happy with the week, good miles. Body's feeling great
Goals for next week: break 50 for weekly milage
